On October 25, 2024, the China International Jewelry Expo opened in Beijing, covering a vast area of 40,000 square meters with 1,600 booths. This event has brought together numerous jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and franchisees, showcasing the latest developments, trends, products, and technologies in the industry.
The exhibition is organized by the China Jewelry and Jade Association and the National Gemstone and Jewelry Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with the theme “Expanding International Horizons, Driving Innovation for Growth.” It runs from October 24 to 28.
This year’s event features dozens of renowned brands, including Caibai Jewelry, Lao Fengxiang, and China Gold, which are debuting their latest collections. These include New Year-themed products, domestic trend jewelry, affordable luxury lines, wedding gold series, IP cultural products, and original patented items. The aim is to lead consumer markets with new launches and explore stronger core development strategies for brands, facilitating their transformation and upgrade.
China stands as a vital player in the global jewelry production and consumption landscape, backed by a mature processing industry and significant market potential. The international section of the expo highlights jewelry cultures and unique products from various countries, showcasing blood-red rubies from Thailand, royal blue sapphires from Sri Lanka, niche fine jewelry from South Korea, and Italian metal craftsmanship, creating a vibrant cultural jewelry feast for attendees.
Additionally, in the jade and gemstone segment, several teams from the Chinese jade market, including the Pingzhou, Jieyang, Hualin, and Ruili groups, are showcasing their “jade line-up,” providing attendees with the opportunity to increase their knowledge, appreciate exquisite jade, and seek out high-value pieces, thereby enhancing their jade-buying experience. The Crystal Mineral Museum also features an array of crystal raw stones, mineral specimens, carved crystal artworks, and creatively designed crystal jewelry from around the globe.
To foster effective communication and collaboration, the expo will also host a series of engaging lectures and forums, such as the 2024 Jewelry Industry Capital Forum and the Jewelry Industry Innovation Achievements Sharing Session.
